About the event
This is Dr. Meeks’ ninth book, and it courageously offers a new paradigm for addressing the racial divide in the United States which calls for Indigenous, Asians, Latino and African Americans to assume primary responsibility for leading the work of developing a new conversation on race. A conversation that will cross the divide between these marginalized groups and create new coalitions that will provide opportunities for them to navigate racism and will allow white people to find better paths to support the long struggle for racial justice.
